Band Your Fitness: Returns & Refunds Policy

At Band Your Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your blue light-blocking glasses, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • You are eligible to return your glasses for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Glasses must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns for used or damaged glasses.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window by emailing us at bandyourfitness@gmail.com.
  • In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your glasses.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
  • Please keep your return receipt for your records.

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned glasses and verify they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.

Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • This policy applies to products purchased on bandyourfitness.com only. Purchases made from other retailers may have different return policies.
